Lifelong Learners is a not-for-profit, community-based membership organization of those who share a love of learning. You do not have to be a resident of Fairfield to enjoy the many affordable and accessible learning opportunities.

Retired Educators of Fairfield (REF)

REF is an organization which strives to build a community of retired Fairfield teachers through monthly breakfasts, sporting events, parties and regular communication through the REF blog and twice-yearly newsletters.  REF also alerts members to legislative and health care issues and volunteer opportunities, supports community events (like History Day Volunteerism) and gives support to the current active Fairfield Staff.  In addition REFpresents scholarships to two students in each graduating class who plan to enter the field of education. The dues are $30 for 3 years.  Members must be educators who have retired from Fairfield Schools. Membership application is found at:   REF Membership Form.
